PIYO is a High-Intensity, Low-Impact workout inspired by Pilates and Yoga. The goal of this class is to lean and tone your muscles and gain flexibility. The class is structured with a warm up, a heat building exercise, lower body, full-body, flow, and ends with a 5 minute ab workout! PIYO combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You’ll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle—big and small. Be sure to bring a towel and water!  Yoga mats are not needed but are ok to bring.
